Children’s books are full of colorful, story line poetry or lessons to learn.
These books They are like that, but they are also special.
The characters are not animals or imaginary creatures. They are fuel pumps.
I wanted to create a little understanding for people, parents know what they know and they know they can learn something when they read to their children and they ask a lot of questions at a young age and it is more informative, ”said author Lucas urt.
Urt is a small town in northwestern Dakota.
He is a marathon oil facility specialist and has worked in the industry for 10 years.
His two books – Little Oscar Pamper And Bob the Big Pamper – Aim to teach readers about family values, work ethic and all products from oil and gas.
“Oil makes credit cards, cell phones, it’s hard to list things that are not made from petroleum products,” he said. I think everyone pays great attention to the respect they do. If you work in wind turbines, be a farmer, be a farmer. Everyone’s work is important and I think I want everyone to have respect for what they do because that’s what makes the world go round.
Urt Raz became a father in recent years and his second child was born in October.
Although his day job is an oil industry specialist, he always looks forward to the special times he shares with his children, and his goal is to write a book that he can read and learn.
His books have already reached other families.
“In my book, Little Oscar PamperAt the end of the book, there is a little boy who wants to wear a bowl of cereal like a heavy hat. So I had to send a message to his father. ” “Stranger, I don’t know. He smiles at me, and it makes me happy to have some good family moments. ”
And because he is so focused, he asks him to leave reviews after reading his other books. Not for admiration, but for honest opinion.
“I have long-term goals, short-term goals, daily goals, weekly goals. I try to be 1% better every day. So even if it’s critical, bring it up. ”
Another goal has recently been achieved: He created the first oil painting book with familiar faces.
Like Oscar, the Little Pump is proud to work in North Dakota’s largest industry.
He says the books spread some positives, reduce screen time, and hopefully start conversations about what’s inside.
He also wrote another children’s book based on family vacations and a few other publications.
They are all available on Amazon.
