We are currently recruiting a number of exciting new roles in our asset management team to design and deliver our assets, build safety and sustainability programs, and ensure our commitment to our residents. For the future.

The posts will be reported to the Asset Analysis Security and Information Manager in collaboration with the asset analysis team to ensure that investment plans are properly prioritized and verified.

Role

In this task, the Property Building Safety and Information Manager prepares and collects all the stock data, but especially the building safety and gold data stock stock surveys, energy performance certification surveys, mechanical and electrical surveys, health and safety asset audits. To support property management and investment.

You will develop PPM plans for capital investment, including life cycles and future capital expenditure plans, including new construction received from the Reconstruction Team.

Updates data collected on the Apex Asset Management System to ensure status data accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with the rest of the property team, Housing Management, Building Safety and Compliance Team, Renewal, Maintenance and Planned Maintenance teams to develop extensive knowledge of the stock and to assess stock status, mechanics and sorting, prioritization and programming. Electrical Property Property and Maintenance Surveys. Feasibility studies and / or evaluation of options to provide future priorities and long-term investment needs.

The Asset Management Team is a growing group of information and property professionals with a strong interest in improving the properties of nearly 11,000 residential properties. Their community.

The requirements

Applicants must have a valid construction assessment qualification as HND or equivalent and have 3 years experience.

In Energy Evaluation, you will have the appropriate qualifying reviewer, such as City and Guilds Level 3.

HHSRS and RdSAP have at least 3 years of experience in conducting stock market assessments of energy data, including in Council or community housing.

You will have knowledge of asset databases and hand-held technologies for stock analysis.

You will have the experience of diagnosing and constructing deficiencies and identifying the tasks that are required.

You will have experience managing and reporting information on assets management databases such as Apex.

They are well versed in the use of software to produce energy performance certificates and to use many types of IT packages, especially Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets.
