(NASDAQ: NFE) announced today that it has signed two gas supply agreements (“GSA”) with UGel Participações (“Unigel”) branches to supply natural gas to Uniel. Agro-BA and Unggel Agro-S Fertilizers (“Fertilizer Plants”) are located in the Bahia and Sergipe regions of Brazil, respectively. The agreements also include the option of supplying UNGIL Chemical in Candias, Bahia, Brazil.

In total, NFE will supply Unigel to natural gas (equivalent to 1.4 million gallons per day) for 41 years each year for 5 years from Q1 2022.
