Andrei Indoor Carting and Games by Chandler
Chandler wants to open the first West Coast outlet at a large indoor electric go-kart competition with locations in Texas and Georgia.
Andretti plans to buy indoor cartoons and games on Southwest Cooper Road and Lop 202 Freeway Land to bring multi-step map tracks and a variety of high-tech entertainment to the Southeast Valley.

Canon Beach – A floating lake in Mesa
Canon Beach will develop a 37-hectare park and mixed use of Mesa Power and Warning Roads. The big picture may be of a 3.3-hectare floating beach website showing a “big wave in a big park and a moving wave”.

Ravel Surf, another four-storey hotel, office building, restaurants and retail stores, is scheduled to open in May 2022 along with other tenants.

Crystal Lagons Island Resort-Water Park and Mattel Amusement Park
“It will bring the next wave of family entertainment to Glendale,” says Crystal Lagons Island Resort. The resort will house boutiques, theme restaurants, hotels, a matte-brand amusement park and an 11-hectare pool with guests swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, boogie boarding and scuba diving.
Arizona is scheduled to open before hosting the 2023 Super Bowl.

Electric Selection – Pikeball Entertainment Complex in Tempe
In 2022 or 2023, there will be nine picnic fields in Tempe, a cornfield, a ballroom, a two-story restaurant and three full bars.
According to the founder of the company behind the project, the site Electric Peak “aims to become a Pelball Togolef.” It will be located on Gael Street and Emerald Drive, north of Warner Road.

Popstroch Small-Golf near Glendale and Scottsdale
Tiger Woods, a joint venture, is planning to open two Arizona locations for a “tech-savvy” small golf course and recreation center.
Popstrock, open in Florida, aims to bring two unique 18-hole storage courses for each facility to the Westgate Recreation District and the Pima-Marikopa Indian Bond in Salt River near Scottsdale.
Popstroch is scheduled to open locations in Arizona by the end of 2022.

Puttshack: ‘Tech-Followed’ Small-Golf in Scotland
Tsitshak plans to open next year in Scottsdale, a small golf course from the founders of Togolese, a “high-energy, high-intensity nightclub”. There will be no score cards in the trash “crazy courses” during the game.
Ts Tshak also offers an “international food and beverage” menu and expects to open at Scottsdale Quarter, 15059 N. Scottsdale Road by the end of 2022.

Surf park in Maricopa
Mesa-based PHX Surf Elsci recommends the launch of a “world-class surfing experience in Maricopa.” The facility has two swimming pools, water slides, a lazy river, a bicycle pump track, a spa, a recreation area and a hotel, although facilities are still being approved by the city.
The unnamed development will be built on a 70-hectare vacant urban land on the southwest corner of Smith Enke and Loma Roads.
