Green Glasgow – Scottish businessman at 3m energy training centers

Mark Glasgow, owner of Edinburgh Boiler Company, has announced plans to invest ሚሊዮን 3 million in a number of new energy training centers to address skills shortages in the green heating sector and the wider renewable industry.

The centers offer a wide range of courses focused on pure energy technologies, both for engineers who want to learn new skills in the field and for adult students who want to enter the expansion industry.

The first Energy Training Academy is under construction in Edinburgh and will be completed in November, and Glasgow plans to establish additional regional centers in the future for Glagow and Northeast.

“This is a vision I have seen for some time, and given the speed at which our industry is shifting to sustainable heating technologies, I feel now is the time to move forward with my plans,” he said.

We are concerned about the current shortage of skills as an industry, and I thought it was important to provide a modern training center with a focus on innovation.

Last year, the International Renewable Energy Agency warned that a global shortage of renewable energy in the renewable energy sector could hinder growth. At the national level, industry groups have repeatedly warned that plans to dismantle the UK’s electricity grid and deploy hundreds of thousands of heat pumps a year could be hampered by a lack of trained staff – further exacerbated by breach-related capabilities. Shortages in many industries in recent months.

As a result, the new academies are part of an industry-wide push to increase access to training throughout the energy and construction sector. Earlier this week, the bank announced plans to launch a similar initiative to help unemployed youths find employment in the growing green building sector.

The new energy training is to provide theoretical and practical training to trainees when they are required to complete a work portfolio on site. Edinburgh Boiler Company employees will benefit from the centers to learn about new renewable energy technologies.
