New York – He puts “C” in creativity. He is Garrett Martin, Creative Director of Leaking County (what else?).
“I choose to make my hometown more beautiful,” he said. It is an additional bonus to help promote other independent businesses by selling them in the market and attracting tourists to the area.
He added: “Everything related to vision or brand will pass through me.” Within three years of ELC, we have completely changed the way we move the county market by pushing the creative needle.
Martin, now 36, was born in Rinoldsburg and moved to the “country” as he put it. He graduated with honors from Bloom Carroll High School at 11 or 12 and graduated from COTC.
“Going to school,” I always participate in the arts. I spent about half a day in the arts class. In high school, I took all elective classes until the end of 10th grade. Fortunately, I had an art teacher who worked with the school administration to do independent art classes in my junior and senior years.
He continued: “Like most children who grew up with two working parents in the 90’s, I spent most of my time playing computer games and playing video games. It is definitely a combination of art and technology that has brought me into my current career path. But then I had no clue where I was going. ”
After graduating from COTC, Martin was assigned to teach photography at the school. He also managed his own wedding photography company, Martin Digital. At the height, there were teams of shooters and videographers between 40 and 50 weddings a year.
“When I was teaching at COTC, I built some of the best students in the program at Stan Cherry-Second Company Stan Alone Media House. Our team’s goal was to promote local marketing and branding. We saw a lot of potential – it just needs a facelift.
Chase Giloney, now vice president of federal marketing, was a member of that group.
Gilonni, in “Our Team at Stand Alone,” In 2016, he had the wonderful opportunity to explore a new brand and identity to Explore Linging County. It does not stop creating and pushing the envelope. It stays on top of it and the brand stays beautiful, up-to-date and relevant.
Dan Moder agrees. Moder is the executive director of Asc Link County.
“Garrett brings such a vision to our work,” he said. He offers his inspirational approach to everything, along with Leaking County, his technical skills, new and relevant content, incredible images and transmissions. There is no doubt that ELC is safe. -Saved with Garrett’s creative leadership for the future.
“The role of creative director in the ELC was not even on the radar at first,” Martin replied. But after renaming the organization a few years ago, it was perfect. It has been aligned with the original goal of creating a compelling and beautiful work that will show all the wonderful things that Linging County has to offer, and I have no other choice.
