From AI, Data Science to Risk Management – List of new courses offered by IITs

There are several new courses offered by the Institute of Technology (IIT) for the new school year. While some candidates are required to break the GE, others may apply without passing an engineering entrance exam. Here are some of the new courses offered by ITIS, from Artificial Intelligence and Information Science to Risk Management and Economics.

BTech in IIT Delhi in Energy Engineering

The institute will offer a new course in energy engineering from the next academic session. Entrances are offered by Gee Advanced and there are a total of 40 seats under this course. According to Itil Delhi, it is designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Online Information Science Program at IIT Madras

Anyone who has approved Part 12 and studied English and Math in Part 10 can apply for an online course. Candidates can apply for the program without appearing in the Common Entrance Examination (JE) – Engineering Entrance Exam. The application process is in progress and the deadline for registration is August 30.

PG Programs at IIT Roorkee

The institute has added six postgraduate degree programs and a five-year integrated program to the new curriculum. It includes Metek in Artificial Intelligence and Metek Science, DMS in Industrial Design, MMS under the DMS Department, Master MTech in Microelectronics and VLSI, a five-year integrated program in MS Economics and MTech in the dam. Quantum computer lab courses are being offered at the institute to enable teachers, students and researchers to pursue research in the field.
