Art Aid announces 2021 Scholarship recipients

Art Aid announces 2021 scholarship awards.

Now in its fourth year, the charity has awarded prizes to nine talented human students in the arts.

Seven of the recipients attend art classes at one of Britain’s most prestigious arts colleges, and two are in their final year of high school.

Courses range from BTEC diplomas and A-levels to bachelor’s and 6-level diplomas ranging from dance and drama to fine arts.

Christian Cooper begins his BA in Music Theater at Mountview Academy in Theater Arts in London. When Amy Converry began her three-year diploma in the Lines Theater Arts (Alps), Alishi Shofeld excelled in her diploma at SLP College (Leeds) and Alexandra Slater. London School of Music Theater. International award-winning pianist Anabel King will complete his A-levels at the Cheatham School of Music in Manchester, Joshua Morrison will begin his undergraduate studies at Rambert (London) and Gracell dellos Santos will take a foundation in the London Academy of Music and Drama. Chairman David Worth said: “We are once again fortunate to receive applications from a group of talented and talented young arts students. Their directors are thrilled to be able to help them achieve their goals. The COVID-19 epidemic has been a challenge for everyone for the past 18 months, but especially for those who are skilled in the arts. Our award winners will continue to work tirelessly and we wish them every success in their future studies as well as in the future as they make their way into the world of creative arts.
