Angola is the world’s sixth-largest diamond producer and third on the African continent, and Angola is focusing on using resources such as diamonds to boost investment and infrastructure development. Meanwhile, the Diamond Center will provide new jobs to the local people, accelerating human capital growth in the region and increasing job creation.
