4 exercises to improve your energy

Improving your energy
Before applying Johnson’s four practices, she suggests that you focus on two important steps to prepare yourself for the best results. The first step is to save your energy. You can do this by specifying who and what your best energies are. “This allows us to create boundaries,” Johnson said.

When you can save energy by not wasting energy on people and things, you realize that you have the power to control your energy. The next step is to expand your physical, emotional and spiritual strength by training with these four simple exercises.

  • Exercise # 1: Improve the quality of your sleep each night with a series of sleep patterns.
    If you have a good rest, think about how you can be seen by people and important things. Go to bed and wake up at the same time on weekends and create lightning experiences before going to bed, such as dimming the lights, turning off technology or reading a book.
  • Exercise # 2 – Warm your body by paying attention to the signs of hunger.
    If you feel overwhelmed by your food, think about how you look at work and at home. Eat only what you need to keep your energy during the day and burn yourself for the next few hours Pack a healthy snack.
  • Exercise # 3: Practice systematic micro-recovery for a few seconds or minutes a day.
    Spend time in the operating room, practice appreciatively with your team, walk outside if you can, and listen to music that gives you positive emotions.
